Psychological therapies for adults suffering from mild to moderate mental health problems. They offer individual therapy, group therapy, guided self-help and computerised cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT). The service also has a new employment support service with dedicated employment specialists to support people suffering from anxiety disorders and depression to gain and retain employment.
